A woman of color, a mother, a daughter, a friend, sister.  All restrictive labels.  Truth is, I am all these and so much more.

I AM            me.

Read the words, feel the words,  judge the words, keep what you like, pass the rest along.  Disagree but don’t argue. I’ve learned that I don’t need approval or agreement as I once believed.  It was a necessary experience but it hasn’t always benefit my personal growth.
