So, you’ve been on your grind for 2 months now and some activities and behaviors have taken root as new habits. Feeling great, you want more. you begin ramping up for your next “goal.”
Some things you’ve kept quiet and to yourself and other accomplishments are plastered all over social media. How ever you decided to celebrate your successes, it’s your celebration.
Now pause…

Before you run off to celebrate let’s take a moment to see our progress…
Do you recognize this new you? is it a physical change or internal change, meaning a new mindset and perspective. Sometimes the largest experiences of growth can’t be seen or touched. We know it’s there. We look at situations different. Interpret experiences through a different lens.
We have to evolve and grow as the alternative is to be stuck and begin to die. Who is ready to die? not me? Even if some of your goals weren’t achieved, what did you learn in the process of working to achieve them? Were they too big? not measurable or realistic? Did you accomplish a goal and then decide that you really only want to implement certain behaviors into your routine? We don’t have to take everything with us from every experience. Often we just need to go through something and pick up small items along the way. It’s like some say, it’s not about the destination, it’s what you learned about yourself on the way.
So who are you now?
*Capture it in your memory. I guarantee you’ll be even more different in another 30 days. If you’re not …check your pulse.
