Heart month

Apologies for the delayed posts.  Life happens for all of us including myself.

With that being shared…How are you taking care of you heart this month?  By that I mean both literally and figuratively? Are you making time to exercise this critical muscle? Are you feeding yourself nourishing foods to keep the blood flowing smoothing through those arteries and veins?  How’s that liver? Did you know that the liver not only filters all foods and drinks that enter your system but also your emotions?

yep. so now the figurative care of your heart. Do you make time to sit and love on yourself? We rarely do activities that make us genuinely smile and feel good.   Do you meditate?  Meditation is about quieting your mind and listening to your truest self.  How often are you taking the time to sit quietly with your spirit?

You make serious face like this, you scare away good energy. To meditate, only you must smile. Smile with face, smile with mind, and good energy will come to you and clear away dirty energy. Even smile in your liver.

Did you know that your liver filters everything that comes into your body? This includes emotions… YIKES.

So in between partying for Mardi Gras, enjoying the onset of Crawfish seasonValentine’s day and hitting the gym, track, pool and yoga studios make sure that you are taking care of that wonderful heart of yours.
